FiveM Fake Players Billing and Cancellation Explained

What happens when you cancel FiveM fake players. How daily, weekly, and monthly billing works, how to pause fake players, and the refund policy explained.

Cancellation questions are the second most common thing new operators ask before they sign up. The first is how the service works. The second is what happens if they want to stop. That is a reasonable thing to know before you put a card on file. This post answers the six questions we get most often about cancellation, pausing, and billing adjustments for our FiveM fake players service.

What billing periods does FiveFake offer

We offer three billing periods: daily, weekly, and monthly. The rates are €1 per player per day, €2 per player per week, and €3 per player per month. The minimum is 15 players. Daily billing is the lowest entry point in the market: 15 players on daily billing is €15 for a single day, which lets you test the service on a specific launch event without committing to a week.

Most operators start on daily or weekly billing during their first month while they calibrate how many players they need, then move to monthly billing once they have a stable configuration. Monthly billing is the best per-player rate. There is no lock-in that prevents you from changing billing periods between cycles. If you are new to using bot players to lift your server population, the complete FiveM fake players guide explains how the service works end to end.

What happens when I cancel

When you cancel a subscription, your fake players remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you are on monthly billing and cancel on day 12, your players stay connected through day 30. After the period ends, players disconnect and the subscription closes. You are not charged for the next period.

Your configuration, including scheduling windows, name packs, and player count settings, is retained for 90 days after cancellation. If you reactivate within that window, everything is exactly as you left it. After 90 days inactive, configurations are archived but can be restored on request via support.

Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-period

We do not issue monetary refunds because our infrastructure costs are incurred the moment you purchase. The connections, capacity, and operator slots are reserved on your behalf immediately. What we do offer is an extension of the active period. If our service goes down for 5 days, your subscription gets extended by 5 days. You do not lose the time. You do not get money back.

When you cancel, your fake players remain active until the end of the current billing period. You are not charged for any subsequent period. The billing model is clear: you pay for the period you buy, the infrastructure is committed on purchase, and any service interruptions from our side are compensated with time extensions rather than monetary credits.

  • Daily billing: service runs for the 24-hour period purchased
  • Weekly billing: service runs to the end of the purchased week
  • Monthly billing: service runs to the end of the purchased month
  • Service interruptions on our side: compensated with subscription period extensions, not monetary refunds

Our billing terms are published openly so you can see exactly what you are paying for before you click buy.

How do I pause service without cancelling

You can set your player count to zero in the dashboard at any time. This immediately disconnects all fake players from your server without cancelling the subscription or deleting your configuration. Your billing continues for the current period since the infrastructure is still allocated, but you are not charged for additional periods if you cancel before the next one starts.

If you want a full pause with no billing, the correct approach is to cancel at the end of your current period. When you are ready to return, reactivate from the dashboard within 90 days and your configuration is restored. There is no reactivation fee.

What happens to my data after I cancel

Server configurations, scheduling windows, and name packs are retained for 90 days after a subscription ends. Billing history is retained for 7 years per standard accounting requirements regardless of subscription status. You can request an invoice export or full data export at any point, including after cancellation.

Can I change my player count without cancelling

Yes. You can increase or decrease your player count at any time during an active subscription. Increases take effect immediately. Decreases take effect immediately for daily billing. For weekly and monthly billing, a decrease in player count takes effect at the start of the next billing period to avoid partial-period accounting complexity.

If you need to reduce immediately for budget reasons and are on weekly or monthly billing, the cleanest approach is to cancel, wait for the current period to end, and start a new subscription at the lower count. Your configuration is preserved throughout.

Why we publish our billing terms openly

Our billing terms are published openly so you can see exactly what you are paying for before you click buy. The biggest reason operators hesitate before trying a new tool is fear of getting locked into something they cannot easily exit. Daily billing is specifically designed to address that: your maximum exposure on a daily plan is €15 for 15 players. That is the cost of a first-day test with no ongoing commitment.
