Can my server get banned for using FiveFake?

We do not have any record of a server being banned for using FiveFake. Our fake players are designed to stay invisible to the FiveM detection surface and they leave no trace beyond normal server activity. We do not offer a written guarantee against bans because no provider can promise how the FiveM team will enforce their rules in the future. We work continuously to keep the service hard to detect and we tell you the moment anything changes.

How fast do fake players activate after I purchase?

Right away. Once the payment goes through and the artifacts are in your server, the fake players come online the moment you trigger them inside your scheduler.

What are the artifacts and where do I find them?

The artifacts are a one time drop of files into your FiveM server. After checkout you find them on your server page inside the FiveFake dashboard. There is a download button on the server page where you click and pick the artifact version that matches your FiveM server build. Drop the resulting files into your server's resources folder and you are ready to go. There is no recurring setup and no scripts to maintain.

Can I schedule when fake players are active?

Yes. By default we ship a schedule that mirrors the natural player flow we observed on top FiveM servers after intensive research into real connection patterns across a 24 hour day. That default makes the fake population indistinguishable from a real community when anyone evaluates the server through public list metrics. You can also override the schedule from the dashboard and set your own join and leave windows. We strongly recommend never leaving 100 percent of players online at all times, since a flat full server is the single biggest tell. Use the schedule and keep the population believable.

Can I customize the names?

Yes. Each fake player has its own name field that you edit directly inside the FiveFake dashboard. Open any individual fake player and change its display name to whatever fits your community. Once you save the new name, it takes about 5 minutes to appear in the FiveM public player list. Pick names that match your community language and theme so the population looks organic to anyone scrolling the server browser.

What is your uptime guarantee?

Our infrastructure is built with multi region redundancy and it is extremely unlikely that you ever see downtime. If a downtime event does happen, we extend your subscription period by the exact number of days the service was affected. If your plan was running through day 10 and the service was down for 5 days, your plan now runs through day 15. The days you lost come back to you as active service time.

Can I share my server with other team members?

Yes. When you create a server on the FiveFake platform, you can add other platform users as members of that server. Each member can add their own fake players to your shared server, adjust the schedule and names of the players they added, download the updated artifacts, and change configuration options like the txAdmin integration. The server becomes a joint workspace where multiple operators run players inside the same FiveM instance.

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard whenever you want. Daily plans stop on the day you cancel. Weekly and monthly plans keep running until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not issue monetary refunds because our infrastructure costs are committed the moment your purchase clears. You get the time you paid for.
